Flow Studio is proud to introduce Isla Mujeres’ first dedicated barre studio, bringing the high-energy, low-impact discipline to the island for the first time.
Our curriculum is designed for balance, featuring:
Barre: A high-energy, intentional, workout to sculpt and strengthen.
Yoga Vinyasa: Dynamic, breath-centered flows to build fluidity and heat.
Mat Pilates: Focused sessions on core stability, posture, and deep control.
Restorative Yoga: Long, slow holds to stretch and reset.
Understanding the unique Caribbean climate, we designed the studio to offer two distinct experiences:
Indoor Studio: A fully air-conditioned space for a focused, cool, and comfortable practice away from the heat.
Outdoor Patio: An open-air setting that allows you to move while staying connected to the island's tropical breeze and natural energy.
